RETURN & EXCHANGE

With each order of full-size fragrance bottle we include a trial size sample vial with it to try out first. If you like the trial size vial, then you open and keep the full-size bottle. If for any reason you don't like the sample, do not open the full-size bottle and please email us to process the return at info@zaidperfume.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

You can return any item within 15 days of the delivery date, open item can’t be returned.

When returning the item, clearly write the Return Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the package.

Include the original invoice inside the package and pack safely to ensure the item is protected during transit. The fragrance should be packed securely so that it doesn't move around inside the box to ensure no damage occurs to the product itself.

It is important that the return in initiated within the first 15 days of receipt as we have to ensure that the product has been in optimal storage conditions for a resale. There is no return fee for exchange however there is a

return fee for the returns or fee will be deducted from your refund for shipping and handling chargers. We will issue you a refund within 3 to 5 business days of receiving it. As usual the trials are yours  to keep.
